We believe God calls all followers to join Him in some way to bring the good news of Jesus to unreached communities. Some, He calls to go. For us at MDE, those are our BAMers and DMEers. Others are called to use their gifts and talents to support those who go. They’re our MDE Volunteers.

These are individuals who have learned and experienced much during their careers and in life. They now have a sacred opportunity to come alongside courageous MDE members to support them with mentorship, business guidance, encouragement, accountability, and prayer. And both members and volunteers are blessed when God brings them together to accomplish His Kingdom work.

Our MDE volunteers serve in one or more of these categories:

1. A BAM Team Manager maintains an ongoing relationship with our BAMers, becoming their business coach, encourager, and accountability partner. They also serve as the access point for all of the MDE services available to our members.
2. A Missional Mentor is assigned to each member and guides, encourages, and prays for them in the areas focused on their mission, their discipleship efforts, and their own physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
3. Volunteers serving on our Faculty of Advisors provide just-in-time technical expertise and advice in a wide variety of business, tax, legal, marketing, and missional areas.

Most of our volunteers contribute a few hours a month at times that are convenient for them. Your expertise may be the key that makes a BAM venture thrive. 

In addition to the positions listed above, we welcome those who would like to volunteer alongside MDE’s staff team to improve service delivery and develop our resource offerings.
