After a season of designing, testing, and creating systems as a start-up, MDE is positioned for significant growth, ready to scale our operations and our global impact. To grow our volunteer base alongside our expanding membership—and prevent bottlenecks as we scale—we’re holding this gathering to build a strong, engaged community of volunteers.

We’d love for you to join us for this special one-day event on Saturday, March 8, 2025, in Indianapolis. You’ll hear inspiring stories of MDE volunteers and their impact around the world, with a focus on how volunteers contribute to the work our members are doing. (You’ll be inspired by their work, too.)

As we prepare, we invite you to start praying about two things:

• How is God working in your life—through your experiences and relationships—to prepare you for deeper engagement with MDE?
• Who could you invite to join you at the Gathering as a next step in their discipleship?
