MDE strengthens global missions by championing a marketplace strategy — casting vision and providing support for believers who use their business and vocational skills to live and work in unreached communities. We equip our members through opportunities, resources, accountability, expertise and care — so they can team with others to make disciples through the natural relationships that grow from working and living authentically.

At MDE, we’ve chosen not to build a large organizational infrastructure. Instead, we operate lean and virtually, supported by a wide network of expert volunteers. This model allows our staff team to focus resources where they matter most while keeping membership fees low for the client/members we serve.
